These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Songyuan Wenliang Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Wen Bright (we, our, or us), concerning your access to and use of the wenbright.mom website as well as any related services, applications, or content (collectively, the Services).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

Songyuan Wenliang Network Technology Co., Ltd. provides computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to network infrastructure design, technology consulting, managed technology services, and custom software development. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any professional services engagement will be set forth in a separate written agreement between you and us.

This website provides information about our company and services and enables you to contact us regarding potential engagements. Use of this website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a separate written services agreement.

3. User Obligations

When using the Services, you agree to:

The Wen Bright name and logo are trademarks of Songyuan Wenliang Network Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without our prior written consent, except as incidental to normal web browsing.

5. User-Generated Content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Songyuan Wenliang Network Technology Co., Ltd., including our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
  • Any claim that your Submissions caused damage to a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of Songyuan, Jilin Province, China.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at chat@wenbright.mom. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receipt of your notice.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' original intention as closely as possible in accordance with applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written services agreement executed between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Songyuan Wenliang Network Technology Co., Ltd. concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us regarding the Services.
